2 weeks since my 96 years old mother visited the office of Dr noelle Mann, female in Setauket, she works in stonybrook cardiology dept. She haven't sent the prescription to The farmacy until now. My mother's heart is very week and she needs her medication. She never received it. I called 3 times the doctor's office. They know nothing. I fill it's a lack of responsibility and a lack of humanity from the doctor. If something bad happens to my mother, dr Mann and stony brook hospital will be responsible. Don’t recommend this office if you value your time. Had a 9:30 appointment and did not leave until almost 12.
I had a long wait but watching Dr Mann zipping around made me ok with it as she was really working hard. I thought she was on roller skates, she was moving so fast. I realized how hard she works and it is not easy with the patient loads these Doctors obviously have!
