I would give this company a negative rating if I could. I purchased a product with 2nd-day shipping but did not receive the shipping notice even days after I was supposed to receive the product. I emailed them twice and also sent a message through their website, but received NO RESPONSE. When I called the store, I spoke with a rude woman who hung up on me during my first call, claiming there was no connection. I don’t often write reviews but felt the need to write about my experience. I purchased an accessory from the website a week ago for $518. My credit card was charged $534.67 which included shipping. I emailed a few days later to inquire about the date of shipping. No response. I called two days later and spoke with a nice lady who said that the person who handles this only works Fridays and weekends.
