Noelle’s Day Spa & Salon has a relaxing, caring, comfortable atmosphere. They also carry a great selection of hair products. I love the Moroccan line!! Nicolette is the ONLY hairdresser that actually makes me feel like I look better coming out than when I went in. She is such a gifted hairdresser. She has cut, color, blow dried, styled my hair better than any stylist I’ve been to in the past.
