I give four stars for good work but don't normally give five stars because that implies perfection. I don't think we should expect perfection from people. The job was done well and quickly.
Noelle was spectacular! Took my son to get deign cornrows and turned out better than the picture he showed her he wanted done. Very professional, friendly and a hair specialist! Wish I still had my locs now lol!!
She was super nice and good energy. I wanted cornrows for my cousins wedding, but my hair is just shy of long enough to get them done. She tried anyways and it still turned out really good. Will come back again when I grow my hair out more lol
I’ve been to Noelle several times and even referred people to her for their hair. She has great skills and her ability to have conversations while still able to do her job well is a great feat. I know that whenever I go to her I know she’ll take care of my hair and she’ll do a great job. However, every time I’ve visited I’ve always had to pay a different price based on what she was “offering” to do for me as a service that day.
