I’ve been going to Noel for years because of her attention to detail and excellent color skills. Most recently she switched from ammonia based color products to a brand less toxic and the result is awesome!!! My highlights are so natural and truly better than the “old fashioned way “!!! Noel is a wonderful stylist and colorist! I’ve been going to her for years and she is simply the best. She has great attention to detail, takes her time to get it perfect and is also always open to new styles and colors. She uses really great products and is so kind and warm. Noel’s space is also very soothing and relaxing, I really enjoy coming here to be pampered.
