I had a very disappointing experience. I submitted an application that took a long time to be reviewed and approved, and during that time I tried calling multiple times with no success. I never had the opportunity to visit the home, even though I repeatedly asked to schedule a showing. I also sent several emails, which were almost never answered. Noelco-Orlando Homes- Does not manager their rental properties to take care of the tenants. They just collects tenants rental money and that is all they are interested in, collecting your money and ignoring your calls, emails, texts and all complaints, just collects your rental money each month by rental portal and charges the tenant $10 on that rental portal for each transaction.
