Lived here for 4 years now. Management is pleasant and professional. Buildings are clean, and well kept. Regular maintenance and improvements are made to the building. Rent price is fair compared to the current market, and units are updated with new finish and appliances. Reseoctful community with a quiet atmosphere. Great place to live in the 230 building on Marconi Boulevard. The maintenance and Cleaning staff are amazing job well done any complaints that you have are addressed are staff is very reliable and trustworthy.
These units are equally safe and secure as any cared for property in this city. For the most part if you stay alert and aware of your surroundings it is safe and peaceful living environment. Enjoy watching the children playing safely in their yard. Have lived here a while and so many safety enhancements have really improved our environment.
