If you’re a male going through a divorce avoid selling your home with this realtor at all costs!! I was constantly contacted regarding any and everything cost related with the home. Things that were discovered after the inspection were brought to me as though I was the only party responsible for them, but could not receive a simple courtesy reminder on the day of closing, this being AFTER I was contacted by them that very day for additional costs associated with the selling of the home. If this agent is the selling agent for the house you are trying to buy, seriously pick a new house. While she wasn’t our listing agent, I have seen EVERYTHING I need to see regarding how she does business. Not only was she crass and ugly to our agent (who was only asking NORMAL questions or requests) but it sounds like she was unfair to one party of her sellers!!!!
