Dr Flores is very pleasant, his pharmacy staff or should I day the one answering messages don't always give them to him.
I've got the excellent care I need from my provider and nothing to complain about.

I was scared to go in because I knew I had depression and I didn't want to be judged. I barely knew Dr. Flores as I normally go to an Np but his kindness blew me away. I cried in there with him because I was so overwhelmed and he listened, was quick to offer a solution, and even handed me a tissue. I hope you share this review with him because he was wonderful and I am an ICU nurse, so I know a good doc when I see one.
I did not feel he was listening, did not seem engaged.
Always accommodating and always concern with my health
Dr.Flores and his nurse (male) that day were very nice and made me feel and ease. The receptionist (female) was very kind and helpful. I have had cases in the past where the receptionist in that office are not as welcoming but the receptionist on the right hand side sitting closest to the door where the patients walk in was very nice and helpful. I believe she said she was new to the floor.
He listened to what I wanted to say. We have a nice talk and understand better of my health condition.
Dr. Flores is and has been accommodating as he tries to understand the substance of what I am trying to communicate to describe my ailment.
