Noel and his great staff come highly recommended! They could not be more friendly - or easier to work with even though we don't live in the same city! So...today I’m visiting with my banker and she asks/needs a copy of my homeowners insurance...well crap......I zap a quick message to Noel Fry my StateFarm agent and within 5mins I receive a phone call from an amazing lady in his office that handles my requests and emails my banker instantly...not more than 10minutes goes by and Noel Fry answers my message and states...’Hi Billy...I’m in Ireland but someone in my office will get you taken care of immediately’..customer service like this is so rare almost unheard of anymore..... read more
