Great Cupcakes! I'm obsessed with cupcakes and Noe Valley Bakery cupcakes are delicious!! I've tried most of them and my favorite has to be the Fleur de Sel cupcake. It's a dark chocolate cupcake filled with something tasty that I cannot describe. It's sweet and salty and just plain good! There's chocolate ganache on the top with some sea salt. It's a perfect combination of sweet and salty. The other cupcakes are good but for sure this one is the best.

Can't count on your order being there if pre-ordering! This is the 3rd time that my order has been only partially filled, with NO notification. I needed a pumpkin bread for an event, which I pre-ordered before Thanksgiving. I arrive to pick it up this eve and the gentleman states "he gave it away earlier because it wasn't properly labeled." Are you kidding me?!?! If that was the case, someone should have remedied the problem, not waited until I came to pick it up and now have no option to replace this for the event. The best bakery in San Francisco!
Absolutely horrible service. It doesn't even deserve a single star. This bakery behave rigidly and refuses to take clients before business hours even if all the staff is there. They will spend the time to tell you to go away, but not serve you. This is _unprofessional_. Fortunately, a coffee shop was open not far from there, gladly took my money, and I got my croissant

Red Velvet Cupcakes are really good – On a whim, decided to try their baked goods. The red velvet cupcake (I guess it would be seasonal because of Valentine's Day) was delicious, esp, the frosting! Didn't care for the cheedar chive scone. It was too sweet for a savory scone and lacked the cheesy flavor I prefer. I can make a better one using the SF Chronicle recipe. Very popular place with a line even at the end of the day. Didn't notice any ill-spirited service.
Customer Service At Its Worst – I ordered a cake from this bakery because the cakes looked really tasty. I also ordered it because it's directly across the street from Bliss Bar. I was hosting a party at Bliss Bar and thought since I was dropping $65 on a quarter sheet of cake that the bakery could walk it across the street to Bliss Bar. I asked twice and was told that this was impossible. I couldn't understand as to why a walk across the street would be too much to ask.
