My 4 month old puppy went in for a tooth extraction and they removed the wrong tooth! The vet blamed it on a tech, even though they said they would be performing the operation. 1 star for negligence and deceptive behavior.
Absolutely phenomenal veterinary practice here. I am so thankful to live so close to such an amazing team. And huge shoutout to the doctors and techs for being able to handle my very hard to handle senior kitty
Adopted a dog from San Jose where she had been going to the same vet for 10 years and decided to try a local vet, instead of driving all the way back to San Jose. First thing, Dr. Gopisetty tried to do was push over $2,000 worth of tests to make sure that my perfectly healthy dog wasn't in dire straits. We originally took our mini dachshund Cashew here to get the last of his puppy shots. Little did we know we would stop by a few times a week to say hi to everyone. The facility is so lovely and clean and modern. The only thing better than the facility is the people the work there. They are SO kind and clearly care about animals very deeply. We would take Cashew there everyday for a "happy visit" to make him comfortable so he wouldn't be scared to go to the vet and everyone there would just shower him with affection and treat... read more
