I joined Noe Animal Hospital recently after years at Banfield for my 6 year old dog and have been blown away by this practice. Dr. Poulo is a fantastic communicator, very smart, and caring.
Hello, First, I want to thank you for Noe staffs and Dr. Viru for taking kind and great care of my two kitties who are 8 years old and 4 months old. I was worried about introducing the kitten and Dr.Viru helped me with emotional and behavioral changes for my mature one due to stress. That was really helpful and brought me some peace and tools. My 4 month old puppy went in for a tooth extraction and they removed the wrong tooth! The vet blamed it on a tech, even though they said they would be performing the operation. 1 star for negligence and deceptive behavior.
Absolutely phenomenal veterinary practice here. I am so thankful to live so close to such an amazing team. And huge shoutout to the doctors and techs for being able to handle my very hard to handle senior kitty
