Like other patients describe, this place is horrible. I was able to secure an appointment with an Endocrinologist rather quickly, but the positive experience ended there. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic (26 years) and was seeing a provider for hyperglycemia and insulin pump malfunctions. My appointment was with Dr. James Clifford. I'm not writing this maliciously or under impulsive circumstances.. In my 49 years of walking this earth, I have honestly never spoken to someone so genuinely disinterested in fulfilling her duties to provide patient service. From the beginning she was rude, unfocused and retained a short demeanor. She asked why I wanted to set an appointment and after I explained my issues, her reply was well why do you want to see us? the doc i met with seemed really experienced and knowledgeable, i started getting setup for telehealth appointment 15 minutes early - it was a work day and i need time to setup and disconnect my brain from work, he called at that time so just voice call 15 minutes early - video wasnt necessary my issue is probably more complicated than most, i had questions and concerns and really needed to ensure he understood my medication challenges- there was zero time for that - a quick 15 minute appointment from someone who wouldn't ba... read more
I was able to meet with the endocrinologist Dr. Dwivedi very quickly. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing that I can say about my experience. I would recommend that the staff and Dr. Dwivedi work on team communication, organization, and record keeping. I also recommend that Dr. Dwivedi receive additional training in improving his bedside manor, cultural competence, and interpretation of test results. Have loved going to this location for services. Dr. Ashgar is wonderful and scheduling is super easy with Zoom. Kirsten is also super informative for dietary needs and helped me make a plan for healthy eating and weight loss. I always get my questions answered and love to receive care from the people here.
