After leaving a message about our dead furnace we received a phone call from a very rude old lady. All she could say was we'll before you start telling me all about your problems we are very busy ... I said ok well I have a Dead furnace and cash in hand . The. She said I'm sorry we are just to busy call e@v ... Ok then .. if you are looking for people that are rude call here
