Worst customer service from Battle Creek. They never call back or return emails in a timely manner. Their OWN adjuster totaled our roof and they hired an engineer to refute their employee’s decision! Our claim happened in May and now it’s October.

They are the best in Fargo!
My daughter and I were in a car accident, not my fault. Now Nodak is refusing to cover the cost of replacing her car seat, they did cover all the damage to my vehicle and the cost of a rental car. I was told the accident was not serious enough to warrant replacing the car seat. So I talked to the manufacturer of her car seat, Graco, they said the seat should be replaced and sent a letter stating that. Insured through Ross Uglem and he was extremely upfront, honest and helpful through the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone based on his character and professionalism. Really an awesome guy who will look out for you!

Insured with NMIC thru the Mike Bruckbauer agency forever. Awesome people, fantastic rates, especially compared to what I have to pay now that I'm in AZ and have to use someone else. On another note, why does Computershare want my SSN on a W9? This apparently is related to NMIC, as your name is on the top of the form. I have only term life now, and any payout would be tax exempt. Why should I supply my SSN to a business I've never heard of before, and has in no way been "introduced" to me by NMIC?
