April is an absolute gem. I sent an inquiry in via their website and she called me directly to check on my dates and reservation needs. Provided answers for everything I needed to know and then asked what was appropriate for following up. I ended up with an extremely busy week and then finally had a chance to stop by to view a unit and she quickly obliged even though I mixed up their closing time. Not for storage, I delivered some mulch to theses folks and just wanted to say the 2 ladies that work at the front desk are exceptionally great humans. They deserve more than just a 5 star!!!!
Having your own customized entry code all over the facility is very nice. Convenient location for anyone moving to and from NoDa. Added benefit of Rhino being across the street.
Absolutely LOVED using NoDa Self Storage. Been using them for the past 5 years and I am always so pleased with how well operated this facility is. It’s always clean, and the staff is always so helpful in getting questions answered or issues resolved. April was always so nice and ran this place to perfection.
