Disappointing experience booking this venue for a private event. There were last-minute pricing changes, communication issues, and a written agreement for private space that was not honored. The space was not private during our reserved time, and event setup was not completed as agreed. While the venue itself has potential, the lack of organization, inconsistent communication, and failure to follow through on agreed-upon terms made this a frustrating experience.
