It’s a weird place. It takes me a week to get someone on the phone. When I do get someone on the phone, the person always sounds like I did something wrong. Or like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. You’re always going to get a rude response. It’s Like if I’m bothering them with my call. It’s been almost a year. I thought everyone was nice and the rooms were comfortable. However I still don’t have my CPAP machine yet
Incompetent, unprofessional. Doctors need to stop sending patients here (unless you hate your patients).
Facility is very quiet and the bedrooms are nicely furnished. I was fortunate to have Vanessa as my sleep technician for the three times I had overnights ... very thorough and professional. Sadly some reviewers complain about Iong it takes to get results, which is totally outside the control of Noctura!
