Facility is very quiet and the bedrooms are nicely furnished. I was fortunate to have Vanessa as my sleep technician for the three times I had overnights ... very thorough and professional. Sadly some reviewers complain about Iong it takes to get results, which is totally outside the control of Noctura!
This place is a joke! I had my sleep study test done 1/28 and still have not received my CPAP. I have tried to reach out to them to send me my results, my insurance has as well and NOTHING! Quick to take your money though. This is RIDICULOUS! DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER IF THIS WAS A REFERAL FROM YOUR DOCTORS.
Tech was professional. Room was loud. The HVAC on the wall came on every 15-20 minutes and the room was very warm so of course I didn't sleep well. This was a VA referral and it's been 3-weeks and the VA doctor still doesn't have my lab results.
I was very well taken care of here. It was quiet clean and very attentive.
