This place and all providers are amazing! we see Ms Kaitlyn every week and she's fantastic. she makes speech fun! thank you for everything
Rude - lacked even the most basic phone etiquette. Tried calling their number and got a “thank you for calling” message and a hang-up (no voicemail or anything). Rather than treating me like a customer and answering some simple questions about their paperwork, they treated me like my questions were my fault and that I wasn’t serving them well enough because I needed clarification.
Mrs. Jay has been so amazing to work with for my daughter. Before starting no one including myself could understand my daughter when she would talk. Since doing speech therapy with Jay, she can be understood by many and that is something I cannot thank her enough for! Not only that but she connects with my daughter so well and never makes speech a chore!
Absolutely unprofessional waste of time. Waited months for an appointment and never got anywhere.
