Thought this would be a good place to get our son tested for autism. The staff was friendly initially but when it came to billing they kept changing what we would be charged and when we asked for clarification the receptionist wasn’t able to help. Communication from who we talked to in billing was not transferred effectively to the rest of their team. Then they send surprise bills with no explanation of why we were being charged that amount. Initially staff was friendly, however the communication between staff and management was limited to poor. When we began services, payments went smoothly, however I began to get additional bills with no explanation or response from management. Once my son received a diagnosis, I was provided with very little resources and support. I reached out several times for increased assistance with little to no support.

This place and all providers are amazing! we see Ms Kaitlyn every week and she's fantastic. she makes speech fun! thank you for everything

Rude - lacked even the most basic phone etiquette. Tried calling their number and got a “thank you for calling” message and a hang-up (no voicemail or anything). Rather than treating me like a customer and answering some simple questions about their paperwork, they treated me like my questions were my fault and that I wasn’t serving them well enough because I needed clarification.
