Nancy I am sorry you have been mislead! This bus was never booked by the bride and groom for this event! We have done over 2000 charters and never left a client. We quoted them, they never reserved, or got a contract or placed a credit card on file. Therefore never had a vehicle reserved. We do not leave clients ever!!!
