It's been over 2 months since I've called and emailed them. Brianna said they would have a guy come look at my gutters since they're not sealed properly. Your team is responsible to fix this issue even after the 1 year warranty if you didn't know that. So I don't know if you're all just taking vacation or if ignoring customers but this issue needs to be addressed. The leak is right by my front door and when the snow melts and freezes again there's a huge patch of ice right at the step.
Parts of the gutters we had installed by NoCO are great, however, we had them install Leaf Guard which was a total fail. No shims were used to flatten out the top of the gutters front to back and water just rolled off the guards. Removing them turned into an expensive hassle. Lots of miscommunication and late starts so that work was being done after dark. I would not hire them again.
