Mistakes were made. Mill point Lab in Spring Lake failed to accept a home specimen correctly. Transferred that specimen to Grand Haven NOCH, and now more work time is being taken a second time today to do someone’s job for them. Honestly, we knew everything would fail as a call was made prior to taking the time to bring the specimen in to confirm that: 1- the order had been received 2- that Mill Point can accept the specimen (Why is it that you feel you can not just trust a place to do what needs to be done.)
