Would leave 0 stars if I could. Scheduled my intake call TWICE and no one ever called me. I called their customer service line twice. First one said “no one is in, I’ll take a message.” ?? Second one said that it must be my “service provider.” I have spam calls UNFILTERED. I have unknown callers allowed to make calls. I set EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE SETTING to ensure this went through so I could finally get the help I very clearly need. And to be THIS unreliable to people with OCD?! Predatory!! Do NOT utilize this provider, and do your research before signing anything with this scam of business. Following a "lapse in service" in our insurance plan that was NOT supported by direct inquiry with our insurance provider; NOCD decided to take it upon themselves to charge $1140 for "uninsured services" on an imposed payment plan, charging us $240 without our consent, and without performing ANY due diligence on affirming our plan.
