I lived here from Aug. 2014-July 2018. I was always treated as a valued tenant. Maintenance was always timely and issues were fixed properly. When my lease was up and was not sure if an out of state job was going to work out, the office staff reassured me they would help me even though my apartment was already leased. One negative was that residents were negligent in picking up after their pets’ waste.
Bad management. Overpriced.
They get you in the door with a " low rent " number and then tack on things like " mandatory trash collection fee ". If its MANDATORY isn't that just RENT??
Great property. The staff is very professional. The apartments are very modern.
