Food quality and taste was excellent and loved it thoroughly. However always order more as their serving size is small :)
Sushi had bones. The most expensive Sushi had muscle tissue running through it that could not severed with teeth. Fruit flies everywhere around sushi bar and on food. One of the worst sushi experiences I’ve ever had.
Nobu is a GREAT option for vegans and plant based diets! They have an off menu tofu dish which is amazing. Many of their on menu items are vegan. The edamame choclo is incredible. Nobu Style vegetable hand roll. Avocado roll. Cucumber roll. Eggplant dish. There are other options. Nobu has incredible service. Fine dining caliber. The wait staff is very helpful and friendly.
