We're locals to San Diego so very accustomed to good sushi. Normally, when you go to a sushi restaurant and you order nigiri or sashimi, you get 2 pieces of nigiri or 5 pieces of sashimi per order. That is not the case here; you pay PER piece. That would be fine if the quality was exceptional, but unfortunately we were wildly disappointed.
