What a gem Nobu is, separate yet part of all of Eden Roc. Nobu Restaurant superb! Everyone is just so kind and it was a quick getaway from NYC, can't wait to return 😊
Had a disappointing experience at the front desk with Roberto. His attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. He did not demonstrate active listening skills, was unable to resolve issues, and his facial expressions were unwelcoming. When I asked to speak with a manager, he falsely claimed to be the General Manager, which was concerning. I was excited to hear that Nobu had a Miami Spice Menu and my friends and I came to try it. Having tried the Nobu in Malibu. I was already acquainted with a quality restaurant with impeccable food and beautiful surroundings. Nobu Miami Beach also delivered. The spice menu was impressive.
