I can honestly say that this is best Nobu that I have ever seen. The view was incredible. The island vibe, the decor and service all in all excellent šŗĀ
Quality youād expect from Nobu and a beautiful setting. Sake is awfully expensive (even more so than other Nobu spots) which is a bummer. Canāt go wrong with crudo tastings and the venison dish was šĀ
High quality sushi. Good service dining under the stars.Ā
The omakase was spectacular, but the highlight was definitely the wagyu served still-cooking on a hot lava rock. O_OĀ
Make a reservation in advance to make sure you get a good table. The food and service are amazing! Great dining experience with a great view/atmosphere.Ā
Best halibut I ever hadĀ
Chef Sean Mell will satisfy all of your cravings with the "Chef tasting" menu or "Omakase." Highly recommended. Service is second to none.Ā
Do take the Chefs Choice. You will get the very best of the day, and many items not even on the menu.Ā
