NOBU excels in food, service, and atmosphere… while, I don’t particularly care for sushi, Nobu offers a selection that can hit everyone’s pallet from sushi to cooked menu items… Last night while dining there, we enjoyed some of our favorite dishes, which I highly encourage you to think about when visiting Nobu… The black miso cod never disappoints, along with spinach miso salad, roasted jalapeño cauliflower which even if you don’t like spicy, order it on the side and dip it for a very favorable experience. Andrew, the manage... read more

I had such a great time at Nobu the other night! Andrea the host was so inviting and sweet, she set up my experience perfectly. I sat at the bar where Minh took the absolute best care of me! I ordered the wagyu dumplings and had an exceptional old fashioned made with a great Japanese whiskey. One of the server assistants, Stephanie with the banging bangs also stopped by surprisingly to ask how my experience was, which I truly appreciated! I will be coming back again and making it a regular spot for me here in Houston

We went to Nobu Houston for brunch and were very disappointed. There was no A/C, which made it hot and uncomfortable—even the bathroom had no ventilation. We noticed fruit flies around the open sushi buffet, and when we mentioned it to our server, we were told they were coming from the fruit at the bar. At $68 per person, the food selection was very limited compared to other Nobu locations we’ve visited (Dubai, Miami, Dallas). Nothing was offered to make up for the experience—no discount or even a gesture of understanding. S... read more

From flies, to having no a/c, and workers sweating over our food this was the worst brunch experience of my life. Nothing was done about the humidity, in fact they had an ac unit right next to the food. We wanted to leave but they will charge your card for no show. The manager didn’t do much but move us from one table to another closer to the ac unit, so we could barely hear each other speak. I will never go to the Houston nobu again. Nobody should. So many code violations.

Had omakase here for my anniversary. One of the best meals I've ever had in my life. The sushi chef was so informative, and I learned so much during my meal. If you like sushi, you need to go try it. Even though i went almost two years ago, I still think about the smokes otoro.
