I started a year ago with NO athletic or workout experience. The coaching is incredible! I feel comfortable attending classes, learning everything! and being accepted by all gym members. It is a great, positive, supportive community! I highly recommend NOBO to anyone looking to improve you fitness.
I started at NOBO CrossFit 4 months unable to even do a squat without weight. Today I front squatted 140lbs and am healthier, stronger and happier for it!
I started CrossFit at NOBO almost one year ago and at 72 was worried if I could do it! Luke is an amazing coach and everyone is welcoming and encouraging! I feel stronger and can’t imagine a better place to get fit!!
As an Army National Guardsmen I was looking for a place to help me get to the next level in my fitness. After a year of outstanding coaching, great community and hard work I feel I have surpassed my original goals and now I am excited to keep pushing and see how much further I can reach!
Love this gym! I dropped in and was greeted by the friendly coaches. Loved the work out. The coaches ensured I was comfortable with all the movements and that I had the equipment that I needed. Will definitely be coming back in on my next trip. Thanks coach Luke!
