The staff and the providers don't communicate with their patients lab results or anything else. I have since found another endocrinologist.
Absolutely amazing endocrinologist office. The front desk woman (I forget her name) she is so sweet, welcoming, and has exceptional professionalism. After searching for an endocrinologist that cares, I finally feel like I’m home and finally listened to. Dr. Nagaraj has changed my life with his great bedside manner, care off the clock, and treatment
If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I have called several times and left a message with Dr. Nagaraj, nurse regarding my medication. She has not called me back nor will the front office staff help me. When I call they just send me back to her voicemail and then I hear nothing. I have called several time regarding an upcoming surgery, just wanting to talk to someone to get my questions answered, and no one calls me back!
