If I could give a zero, I would. Heather Nobles was my appraiser, and I believe the owner. Her appraisal was 300 sq. ft. less than my actual sq. ft.When the Mortgage Company inquired, she doubled down on the wrong square footage. I had to PROVE my homes square footage with the floorpan, previous appraisals and the auditors website. She showed up to my house UNANNOUNCED !!! Walked around the outside and then amended her appraisal to the correct square footage and did not add a single penny of value. So now my neighbors homes ... read more
