So the system they have in place for scheduling appointments is that they dont schedule appointments which is weird but they put you on a list which is confusing to alot of people. I will say that some of them can cut hair or at least the ones I had. The reason I won’t go here anymore is the scheduling system and that it’s hard to stay with one barber. TL/DR: Poor scheduling management. No communication or effort to update or manage expectations. And terrible seating. This was my first visit to this place. I stopped by, one person giving a haircut, the other one isn’t. No one waiting. Yet I’m told it’s a 2.5 hour wait so please make an appt instead. Set an appointment for 3 hours later. Returned on time. Sat for 10 min. Someone else walks in and is helped, I’m told I have to wait for the other person who “should only be a few minutes.” Turns out she’s just started a cut.
