No attention to detail. Bait and switch on multiple items we chose and were still in stock at the distributor when we checked. Lied to us about multiple issues we brought up. Had to spend THOUSANDS of dollars to correct items at 1 year since they would not honor the contract! Would never use again!!!

I can't imagine using anyone else to build a custom home. Although the original estimate increased considerably with many changes, this was because we appreciated their attention to detail that we wanted more. Without having trust in their work quality, we might have stayed with the original plan. We love our new home!
John Michaels, Noble Classic, built my home in 2005 and because their work is so incredible, I had my outdoor kitchen built by them a few years later. I cannot say enough about John (and assistant Mandy). Their integrity and professionalism is exceptional; and most importantly, John stands by his work completely.
