Sold my vehicle on a Monday, and was told from HARRY the paperwork will be done that afternoon.. to only be waiting days and nothing had been done!!! I had to follow up myself on Thursday to make sure I was getting my payment as Toyota had my car sitting there and I had no idea what was going on!! Being left in the dark was a JOKE!
