Our escrow officer, Dawn, was great during the process of purchasing our home. She was responsive and personable and the wet signature process was painless. It was post-closing where she fell off. Part of our closing costs included our homeowner insurance premium for the year. It was all defined in section F (Prepaids) of our closing cost disclosures.
