The place is infested with bedbugs and they've been stealing my dad's things. I'm on the phone now trying to call on my one day off and the phone has literally been ringing for 15 minutes straight. No one is answering now. Just trying to find out why an old man can't have his GLASSES! You are abusing your patrons with this bedbug issue. You get your money from my dad, but what does he get?
Great facility, supportive nursing staff and happy residents.
A co-worker was there briefly. I hear it's not clean and she was refused service, poor communication.
NO communication all here think they are above the rules and do what they want. I have been here for 9 months and have argued at leas once weekly.
