When it first reopened it was great but that apparently was short lived. Tonight it was back.to the drink machine being out, slower service, lost order, several dirty tables/ sticky everything, and salad bar missing lettuce.
Enjoyed the whole experience. BREAD STICKS are great!
We went because Santa was going to be there. Our pizza was dry barely any sauce. We got the XL sheetpan pizza. Plenty of cheese. Kids ate it with no complaints. I just like sauce on my pizza. Bread sticks were good. Kids liked watching them make the pizza. Santa was a wonderful man and looked amazing. I gave it a 4 star because the kids were happy.
I rarely write a review. My experience was so disappointing that I am hoping it saves someone else from a terrible meal. We ordered a large sausage deep dish and a kid’s cheese pizza. With tip it was$53. I ordered online at 2:00 in the afternoon and scheduled delivery at 6:00. The pizza was delivered until 6:40. The driver had texted me a little before 6:00 and said the pizzas weren’t ready and they had lost my order. What we received was a cold, tasteless medium cheese pizza and a kids pizza.
