Wow. I wish I could research and check those reviews before I try to rent one of their properties. I haven't worked with anyone so unprofessional and unhelpful. They prefer not to rent property.We gave up on property, even going to rent it last minute, and found another helpful and professional management. Unfortunately, I need to give this business one star. While searching around for a new residence, my husband and I applied to see a location that this company posted for rent. Their rental process was a bit excessive; especially for a self guided tour. Once we requested a tour and had a date and time confirmed we were told a day or two later that they could not meet us there at that time and we need to reschedule. Our experience with Noble Real Estate was extremely frustrating. My sister and I submitted an application and were instructed to email highly sensitive personal information, including our IDs, financial documents, and proof of income. We complied with every request, only to be met with poor communication and constant delays. My experience with this rental process was extremely disappointing. I completed all of the required steps requested by management, including obtaining a specialized renter's insurance policy with an unusually high coverage requirement that went far beyond a standard renter's insurance policy.
