My experience with this rental process was extremely disappointing. I completed all of the required steps requested by management, including obtaining a specialized renter's insurance policy with an unusually high coverage requirement that went far beyond a standard renter's insurance policy. When I arrived at the office to finalize the rental, turn in my final payment, and receive the keys, I witnessed the owner/property manager involved in a heated argument with what appeared to be a relative or employee. Wow. I wish I could research and check those reviews before I try to rent one of their properties. I haven't worked with anyone so unprofessional and unhelpful. They prefer not to rent property.We gave up on property, even going to rent it last minute, and found another helpful and professional management. Do yourself a big favor and rent somewhere else than their properties.
I wouldn’t even give this place a star but i need to for a review. Alex was horrible I applied for a rental and when we spoke on the phone he told me the document i was going to present was acceptable and then i get an email saying they won’t accept it and i had to pay for this form so i rushed to get this legal document done had to go to office depot then to get notarized AGAIN and then to the county office so i can get him the forms I did everything he asked and he even apologized for giving me the wrong information!
