They are great in their service and dealing with customers, thr only thing they have to work and have is a online support system through website messaging system or Facebook messenger. They have to work and must have this facelity or service.
Honest and reliable!
Don't bother. Poor customer service. Went there to purchase a mower. Waited patiently behind a customer who was getting his chainsaw unflooded. After this chap left I spoke to 'Store Manager' and selected the mower I wanted. Another customer then came in with his fooded line trimer and was attended to straight away by the manager. After this guy left the manager then proceeded to get me another mower however it wasnt the one I selected.
