BEWARE!!!!Been with company for years! Last pickup they charged me over $500 for 300 gallons! Not informed of price increase before pickup! Also spilt oil in shop and parking lot! Did not reduce bill for me cleaning up oil! Won’t ever use again!
I've been with Noble For 5 years and had to change my review since they started Charging to pick up oil. $175 +65 cents per gallon. Ridicules. Charging to pick up oil that they turn around and sell.
Oil pickup used to be free, which made sense because they are making money from it. Somewhere along the line someone decided it would be a good business practice to start charging .50 a gallon plus a $35 pickup fee. No thanks. Hopefully their greed will make them go bankrupt.
Based on what I'm reading this is a LOST cause. I'm getting collection calls and I haven't used them since Nov 24. I have no equipment. The account representative is a bad representation for the company, she sends apology letters of missed billing. The drivers still show up and NOW, I get a collection letter and I have emails from her, showing a clear balance and confirmed equipment picked up. After all these years dealing with these people, the owner must now know what's going on.
They been picking up my used oil for free , for few years, now they started charging fee without informing me. They claim email was sent out, but I never received such email and they fail to provide any proof of email which they claim was sent out
