Oil pickup used to be free, which made sense because they are making money from it. Somewhere along the line someone decided it would be a good business practice to start charging .50 a gallon plus a $35 pickup fee. No thanks. Hopefully their greed will make them go bankrupt.
Based on what I'm reading this is a LOST cause. I'm getting collection calls and I haven't used them since Nov 24. I have no equipment. The account representative is a bad representation for the company, she sends apology letters of missed billing. The drivers still show up and NOW, I get a collection letter and I have emails from her, showing a clear balance and confirmed equipment picked up. After all these years dealing with these people, the owner must now know what's going on.
They been picking up my used oil for free , for few years, now they started charging fee without informing me. They claim email was sent out, but I never received such email and they fail to provide any proof of email which they claim was sent out
We have been doing business with Noble for over 3years now . Every time we call them they have picked up my used oil and they have never charged me for it. That is until December 2024 , when they came and picked up my used oil, they left a slip without saying a word about a charge. 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail and find I am being charged a fee for a driver to show up, and a charge per gallon for the oil they took. Price change out of nowhere. Said they informed us by email but we never received anything. They can mail the bill but not a letter to notify clients they are now charging. first was free then it was $45 now .55 a gallon.. Found another company that will be doing it for free. Communication is lacking in this company.
