If I could give Noble Nails a negative point, I would surely do it. I do NOT recommend Nobel Nails at all due to poor and pricy service and extremely rude staff. I brought my child in for nail polishing, and was shocked to find that prices had increased by 50%. While I understand that costs can go up, a 50% increase was far beyond what I expected.
