Called DJ explained to him that I had purchased a used truck and that an accessory part to my TruXport tonneau cover was missing. The part is called a retainer loop there are supposed to be two I only had one. DJ told me they could handle it and install the loop for me. A week later once I received the missing part I drove my truck down to Merced after speaking to Brett on the phone. I took my 2024 Tacoma off-road to get my king suspension to be installed. I had my doubts I can’t lie I’ve been a loyal customer with 4wheel parts I know the owner personally I told him what I wanted They did exactly what I wanted I was totally satisfied. But the quote was different when the work was completed. That’s my only con. I’ve finally realized slot of business do that often thanks DJ I’ll be back.
