1.very sub-standard pay / cheap. 2.pays on the 8th and 23rd, if your lucky. 3.the ops manager Rick York will steal part of your pay. 4.fuel surcharge possibly not being shared with drivers./ ic. 5.driver manager Kevin Cooper ;( Ricks puppet,) don`t answer calls after hours. FYI to the public, save yourself the heart ache,fuel and wear and tear on your vehicle it isn`t worth it in my opinion,..thanks and beware of Noble logistics business practices in Carrolton,Tx.
