Great place and great customer service
We visited the River Terrace Inn for a short celebratory trip, and while the hotel appeared quaint, our experience was alarming. Upon checking in on Monday, November 4, 2024, the property was quiet, with no general public in sight - only staff. Less than an hour after leaving the hotel for dinner, someone entered our room and stole a valuable bag.
