Anna is absolutely wonderful! Her and her staff do an amazing job making sure the residents are adequately taken care of and feel loved! This center is amazing!

I worked at this facility for 15 years until my health forced meto stop working. It is a wonderful place. They really care for their residents. There are numerous employees that have been employed there for 15-20 years and some that have been there 20 years or more. Anna Diaz is the administrator and loves her residents like family. I miss being there.
The Administrator and staff go far above and beyond to take care of your loved one because they treat them like their own Family. I have witnessed the blessings that take place at Noble Health Care and would not hesitate to make this home for any of my family members.

Noble Health Care Center is a very good facility, because of the caring staff they have. Anna Diaz has been the administrator there for over 20 years and is the most compassionate/caring person. Anna sets the bar high when it comes to her residents and staff as well. I had the opportunity to consult in the nutrition services department for several years, so I witnessed the interaction, care/concern, and love shown to the residents. Great place.

Noble Health Care is one of the top facilities in the state of Oklahoma. As the Quality Assurance Coordinator for OSU-OKC'S nurse aide program for 8 years I traveled the entire state setting up clinical sites for students and for 5 years prior to that for a private CNA training program. No one cares more for her residents and staff than the administrator Anna! Love Noble Health Care! Tony
