Recently called them after getting a referral from the gentleman painting our home. Called several times, and left a few voicemails with no response. I finally gave up. Reading some of these reviews makes me feel I dodged a bullet. Very poorly ran business.
Rick at Noble Brown installed the roof for a patio remodel 3 years ago. Part of the roof has leaked ever since. He makes appointments with us and then doesn’t show, no calls no texts. He has done this at least 7 times! I would NEVER use him again!
Agreed to their quote, was told told there were 2 jobs ahead of me so I would be next in line soon. Weeks passed and nothing. They don't even answer their phones. Left multiple messages and no reply. They even had me choose a roof color... Why? Just so they flake? Stay away.
Driver was driving very recklessly on the road. Cutting people and not signaling. Absolutely very unprofessional. Although not a customer, trust I will never be one.
Been using then for the last 10 years and know I can always rely on them to get the job done. Affordable and profeasional
