As a tenant at Pallete Collective, I’m happy noble ground has opened up inside. Me and clients love having the opportunity to get coffee or matcha before or after an appointment, such a perk and the coffee is good and I’m a coffee snob. My favorite is the honeycomb and lavender haze (if you’re looking for a hairstylist I’m in #39 )
Tried the Pistachio Dream and absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly! Excited to try more of their signature lattes. My ONLY wish was that they opened earlier, but I believe that's just when Palette Collective on the whole opens.
Great coffee, service, and food! I got a 16oz iced lavender haze, it was delicious. I also got a breakfast burrito — way better than I expected for a little coffee shop. It was a good size and tasted fresh! The people working were super nice too. I’ll definitely be back!!
