New updates to credit card are so baddddd. Then they decide to shut down online banking/mobile and close the branch on Aug 1st - 4th when people get paid and need to pay bills… but we can’t lol. Why do this on the first of the month? Please pull your head out. Gonna literally switch at this point to something more about the members.
I’m not sure why Noble is making all of these changes but not only are they extremely inconvenient they’re also unnecessary. The app used to work perfectly and now it’s a mess. They’ve shut down all the branches and mobile banking for “upgrades” on the first of the month(THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME). And now if you pay your bills on the app after 2pm it’s considered late because it doesn’t post until the next day, despite EOD being 4-5pm! I used to love Noble Credit Union and now they’re horrible. I’m going back to EECU.

I was dreading having to come back to the bank next Monday when Jalissa from your Cedar and Nees branch informed me that I could use my debit card from another bank to do a cash advance to go towards my Mom’s mortgage since I’m a member there. For over the past three years I’ve been going to my other bank every month and getting a cashiers check. I’m so grateful for Jalissa’s great customer service today, she is saving me time and money. Thank you Jalissa.
