For the past several months, I have been attempting to resolve a specific GAP claim issue on my auto loan. I am still a customer at NCU because of people like Jalissa and Kathy at Cedar/Nees branch. Both are awesome, deserve raises and promotions, are super friendly, kind, go above and beyond to help, and keep me and family tied to the union. However, there is a young woman who is absolutely horrid and I avoid at all costs because she is the rudest, most unhelpful, hideous personality, ruin your day kind of teller. Repulsive representation of NCU. But JALISSA AND KATHY are STARS of NCU!!
Great service. We were in and out in just a few minutes. Staff is super friendly and quick to help. No one was standing at a window fiddling with papers making it look like they were working when they weren't like some establishments.
