Awesome credit union and the best customer service! Evertime I go in, may it be for a loan, depositing a check, or just general maintenance on my account. They treat you with the best customer service and you can tell they actually care and work with you and try to help out as much as the can. And a shout out to Maria!! everytime I go in she is just awesome and helps with anything and treats you like family!!
Daryl Shilling at the downtown Fresno Branch was extremely helpful and spent lots of time with my 83 year old dad and I explaining what we needed to do in a Living Trust account. We didn’t feel like a number and he entertained all questions and went above and beyond his job description. Thank you Daryl.
Noble Credit Union in my opinion should have a free change counter for their members since there is only one near the airport branch and a member has to drive all the way over there with their gas and time and then find out there is a 5% fee for something that should be free since its automated definitely because your direct competition Educational Employees Credit Union does it free instead of trying to nickel-and-dime members have more benefits you already receive money from interest on credit cards ATM fee withdrawals at ... read more
