Had quite the poor experience here today. Usually in branch I get good customer service, actually the lady at the teller was really nice and helpful. BUT I had an issue they couldn’t resolve my issue, wasted about 30 minutes of my lunch that’s not the problem. I have a great experience with Noble credit union. The last time I went by Jasmine was the Teller that help me out she was nice and very helpful.
Excellent customer service, Albert was so helpful and made the process easy. Definitely would recommend him for your account needs. Teller Maribella, made me feel comfortable at the window, so down to earth and friendly..all tellers are awesome..5 starssss
